Training is going well for the fight, feeling strong and at a decent level of fitness already. I’ve got 6 weeks left now until the fight so will start to up the intensity of training and start to reduce my weight by getting a lot stricter with my diet
I don’t really stick to any set routine day by day, because I feel like if things get a bit too repetitive they can start to feel like a chore and I want to be enjoying my training. I train Thai boxing and or boxing about 5 nights a week for 1-2 hours at a time. When I’m not doing that, I’ll fit in at least 2 long runs a week, 2 sessions of hill sprints and 2 sessions of S&C.
I love the training and fighting, the only thing I don’t like is the diet side of things. I love my food so when I have to make weight for fights staying away from all the good stuff is the most challenging thing I think!
