Our rashguards are ideal for training Nogi as your opponent/partner will not be able to grab hold of your upper body clothing as is the case when you are wearing a standard T Shirt. At the same time the rashguard is an excellent piece of kit to be worn underneath the Gi as it does exactly what its name describes, it will minimise the amount and severity of rashes and burns you will receive from intensive grappling.
