Workout Challenge! How Many Can You Do In 1 Minute?


Here it is, the first of many Like2Fight workout challenges!

Like2Fight owner Jamie Rice is giving a demonstration of the ‘push up & tuck jump’ in this video – our challenge to you is to see how many you can do in 60 seconds!  Like2Fight prizes are on offer for anyone posting videos of themselves attempting this challenge (you have to say ‘Like2Fight challenge’ in the video)
